## Order Processing
* All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
* Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
## Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
* Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
* Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
* Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary during festivals, sales, or due to courier delays.
## Shipping Charges
* Free shipping may be available on selected products or minimum order values.
* Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.
## Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp to track your package in real time.
## Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

* Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

## Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing the order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
## Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for assistance.
